Lean Applied to Business Processes

When change happens in the marketplace, can your organization turn on a dime? Or are you hampered by bureaucratic waste in the business office?

Streamlining your business processes is the key to staying agile in the marketplace. You can use the same continuous improvement tools you use for manufacturing, freeing up time and resources to go where they matter most. In this course, we’ll show you how to apply the principles of continuous improvement to the administrative, service and transactional processes that make your organization run. We’ll identify areas of waste, analyze solutions, and show you how to apply countermeasures to improve your organization’s performance in line with your stated mission and goals.
