Faculty
Cindy Raines, MBA—director of communications, College of Business Administration. Cindy has over 35 years of integrated marketing communications experience with an extensive background in corporate marketing and national public relations. She has won numerous awards, including a PRSA Best in Show for national media relations.
Ken Gilbert, Ph.D.—department chair of Statistics, Operations, and Management Science at the University of Tennessee. Ken’s research interests include supply chain modeling as applied to production planning and scheduling, and he has applied his methods with many organizations. He has published in leading academic journals and contributed to several books.
Allen Pannell, Ph.D. (ABD)—faculty, Center for Executive Education, and an executive consultant specializing in process innovation and redesign, leadership, Six Sigma, strategic planning, and process management.
Chuck Parke, MBA—faculty and executive director, Center for Executive Education, with 25 years in the manufacturing sector leading both manufacturing and R&D functions. Chuck has significant experience in leadership development coaching and mentoring in both manufacturing and academic settings.
Elaine Seat, Ph.D.—faculty, Center for Executive Education. Elaine has 20 years’ experience as design engineer and engineering manager and is the founder of the leadership development minor for engineering undergraduates at UT. She specializes in performance enhancement for engineering and technical professionals.
Priscilla Wisner, Ph.D.—faculty, Center for Executive Education and the Department of Accounting and Information Management. She teaches financial and managerial accounting courses at the undergraduate, MBA, and executive levels and has over 15 years’ experience working with financial systems design and implementation, process and product costing, and performance measurement systems.
Michael McIntyre, Ph.D.—doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology with fifteen years of management consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching experience. Michael has significant experience running leadership development programs and helping mid-career professionals transition to leadership positions.
