Innovative and Integrated Curriculum

You'll complete your Executive MBA for Strategic Leadership (EMBA) in just one challenging but highly rewarding year, beginning in January and graduating in December.

Our innovative EMBA curriculum consists of three two-week residence periods on the University of Tennessee campus, one global immersion trip, and 15 distance-learning sessions. It's a lockstep program, meaning you and your classmates will move through the same coursework at the same pace. There are no electives or industry-specific courses; instead, we use a holistic, integrated approach called the Executive Core.
